Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Bell Street by the Falls

This 1100 sq ft gem is located just 3 blocks from the center of town and the historic Chagrin Falls viewing area. The original structure features exposed hand cut beams from the 1800's and its charm continues down to the rustic flooring. It is a quiet place to enjoy the private entrance guesthouse on our family farm. Relax outside on the small deck, hike and explore our 78 acre farm, or cuddle up on the couch and have a quiet night-in at our farmhouse apartment. Easy access to Cleveland, Akron and Amish Country. We are always available nearby to make your stay enjoyable!

Davis Ranch 5 Bedrooms Sleeps 10 & 3 1/2 baths

Overlooking Davis Lake, beautiful sunrises & 8 Acres. Will rent to 2 - 10 people on any given night. Guests will have the entire home as Host does not book more than one guest.
