Cwt Blawd - Country Cottage.

There will always be a friendly welcome at Cwt Blawd, a cosy and stylish retreat on the hillside, overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdon and Zip World only 1 hr drive away. Walks and cycle paths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. Ty Nain (which means Grandmas house in Welsh) is our beautiful Welsh long cottage, nestled into the foothills of the Clwydian Range. It’s the perfect to place to rest after a long day hiking Offas Dyke, a base to explore north east Wales or just to relax & unwind. The views across the valley mean you can see as far as Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) and views of the Irish Sea (on a clear day!). The two bedroom cottage bungalow is an annexe to our family home, with its own private entrance & decking area.

An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.
