Situated closely behind the main pole house residence (at a lower level), you can enjoy ocean and garden views - from a sitting position: at the bar, deck, or from the bed. But when you are relaxing in your chalet you'll feel million miles from anywhere.

Mooring 91 Waterfront accommodation on Tamar River

Mooring 91 is a bright 2 bedroom property set on the bank of the Tamar River. Mooring 91 has been created to accommodate 2-4 guests. You will be comfortable year round with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen boasts a full sized gas stove top and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom also has a hair dryer and straightener and Tasmanian made guest amenities.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
