A 10 minuti dall' aeroporto internazionale di Bari " Karol Wojtyla ", a 4 minuti di macchina dallo sbocco stradale per la S.S. 16bis e autostrada A14. La casa dista a 2 passi dal mare, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera, con possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa.

L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
