By the Seaside Treetop Studio is a full suite, (38sqm) with its own wet bar and full bathroom with a spabath. The location is 200 mts to Fishermans Beach and 900 mts Main St. There is a balcony overlooking the bay. Treetop Studio has its own entrance, and is located on a 1st floor. Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am, earlier check in/late check out in is available for a fee. All linen is subject to an extra cleaning fee for make-up and self tanning stains.

It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.

With this room, you have a choice of a king sized bed or two king sized single beds. You have access to a full sized kitchen, laundry, dining area and meals balcony. This place is close enough to all the action but you get to enjoy the peace and quiet when you are here.
