A wonderful stay and an excellent host. Anthony was friendly, welcoming and proactive. His instructions were extremely helpful and we were pleased to find that the property was exactly as described and had all of the contents listed plus more. We felt right at home and relaxed for the duration. We would thoroughly recommend Anthony's house as a superb location to explore the lake district.

We found the lodge perfect for our needs. The dishwasher is a bit difficult to pull out.We really enjoyed our stay.

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

Absolutely beautiful little gem! Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful, the lodge was beautiful and just as described. We loved the inquisitive little dogs coming to say hello from the family home & communication was great! We will be back!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend at Amber’s house. Great value for money. A really cosy, stylish place. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Elizabeth was a great host and the accommodation. She provided lots of advice on places to eat. The eagle in Barrow is worth a visit. We would definitely go back.
