The unit has two large bedrooms and large living room, small kitchen and bathroom, backyard sitting and play area for kids. Across the street there is the Moshav playground a local truck-cafe.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place is decorated as a surfers cabin, the bed mesures are 140/190 cm.
