Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Situated directly opposite small stream that winds through the landscape with direct access to the historic Manx Electric Railway stop. The property features an open-plan living space , complete with kitchenette and a separate modern shower room. You're only 10-minute journey from Douglas; Ideal for a luxurious glamping experience, this is a place to recharge, reflect, and rediscover the simple pleasures.

Private Double Studio | Peaceful Garden Setting

This listing is one of two self-contained courtyard studios on the property. Each has its own private entrance/ indoor space. The courtyard garden may be shared with guests staying in the neighbouring studio. Families/small groups travelling together can book both courtyard studios, subject to availability, to enjoy the shared garden. Generous parking suitable for cars, vans, trailers, and bikes. An ideal base for exploring the island, commuting, or relaxed stays near Douglas.

Kerroobeg Cottage, Kerrowkeil

Kerroobeg is an original Manx cottage in a remote and beautiful situation.  Its elevated position gives Kerroobeg commanding views over the southern coastline and South Barrule to the rear.  This 4 star cottage has two bedrooms, large lounge / dining room, spacious, full-equipped kitchen, and a stunning oak framed sunroom. There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers

One bedroom apartment close to amenities.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage has an elegant open plan sitting room with a log stove and double doors that open out onto the Courtyard. The lounge is elegantly furnished and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances and a comfortable dining area. A King-size bed is in the Master Bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom; a cot could be added to either bedroom.

Amadeus Apartment No 3

Situated on a lovely, quiet, Victorian square boasting beautiful landscape gardens and partial sea views from the front windows. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Douglas beach is a ten minute walk away as is the town centre with its shops, trendy cafes, bars & restaurants. The Apartment is quiet and cosy and sits within a Victorian Town house.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Millennium Cottage - Crosby

Fully kitted cottage with 2 bedrooms with en-suites, each have a shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and tumble dryer. Lounge with Smart TV and enclosed garden. Situated close to a CO-OP, The Crosby Pub and a Costa all within 250 meters. TT course is a mere 70 meters away.
