Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

Set on 30 acres of partly cleared, part bush and looking down to a large ornamental lake through many mature trees abundant with wild life. The Spa Cottage offers a small cozy affordable couples retreat nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs. Not suitable for suitcases. Featuring a deep spa bath (side jet function only) for two, kitchenette and small courtyard. An easy stroll to the iconic cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the famous Palais Theatre and indulgent Hepburn Bathhouse, or just a short 2-3 minute drive to Daylesford. Little Jem is a luxurious brand-new house designed for comfort and relaxation. The house is spacious, elegantly furnished and walking distance to town. Little Jem has all the comforts, with its luxurious king size bed, big double shower, spa bath for two, separate toilet and all with under floor tile heating to keep your feet warm. The electric fireplace for those cold nights is beautiful to watch while on the big comfy couch or just to have on while watching the smart tv.

Dijon is a small but charming, self-contained studio space with one queen sized bed, kitchenette, couch and table within that area. Set in a spacious garden it comes equipped with some breakfast provisions, cooking basics, separate bathroom area and outdoor garden seating. It is only a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse, cafes, and therapy providers or alternatively, bushland walking tracks.
