Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

Located next to Lake Luzerne, with Saratoga and Lake George within a 20 minute drive, the area is filled with opportunities to explore and site see. Our home has an outdoor gazebo, gas grill and a stone patio fire pit, all facing the river.

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
