This one bedroom, beautifully updated luxury condo located right on the waters of Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking sunset views from the large deck. The condo is located both lakeside and poolside, with a private gated boat ramp, water's edge boardwalk, fishing, and tennis court just steps away. Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

The property extends on both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is perfect for a family or group. It is themed with cozy bear décor that gives a homelike feel. There is a king size bed and TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom includes 2 twin size beds and a TV. The living room has a pull out sofa with queen size mattress. A queen size air mattress is available for extra guests. This cabin has all the amenities needed for a getaway. It includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and smart TV's.
