Great place easy for children and Adult privacy.

Brooke gave clear instruction and made the check in/out process easy. I apologize that I was less than responsive (my wife had a medical emergency and didn’t arrive until a day and a half later). Brooke’s place was spacious and had good amenities. It was a bit dark and outdated (old carpets, furniture & tv/electronics) and not as clean & fresh smelling as we would’ve liked but still adequate. The community pool and arcade were very nice, the kids had a blast. We liked that it was a quick 15 minute ride to Busch Gardens & Water Country.

We were in town for a funeral so didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the “resort” aspect, but the space itself was perfect for two families to share. The price point was perfect, we would have paid way more for significantly less for a regular hotel. Would absolutely book again. Thank you!

I booked this place for my in-laws when they came to visit and it was awesome! Nicely updated, really clean, and perfect location for checking out all Williamsburg has to offer. They absolutely loved the place and I can confirm that it was excellent! The only frustrating part of the whole experience was trying to get the keys from the "concierge" guy who was really just a salesman who was trying to get us to pay a "reservation" sign up for a 90 minute presentation. He kept saying that there was a refundable fee for reserving our spot and I thought he was talking about a security deposit which we had already paid. He kept saying that the presentation was part of the check in process but when I asked if it was required for my father-in-law to sign up in order to get his room keys he just responded with "I didn't say that." Finally got the keys without making a financial commitment and had an awesome stay for the rest of the time.

Brooke’s place was great. Lots of room, very clean and comfortable and the area is very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Immaculate, great value, very responsive host, great location

Did the two bedroom, ended up with a full and half kitchen two bedrooms Kings in both a large living room and one smaller one. Two huge bathrooms and a half bath was amazing for my family of four. Pool was nice and had a playground staff were friendly and everything was close by.

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

Great location for what we needed, close to all options of food and grocery. Only 6 minutes from Boo Williams facility which was perfect. Quiet neighborhood with really nice neighbors. Ideal set up to have our dog with us as well. Loved BuckRoe Beach which was only 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Great place and great host! Karim was very responsive to the few questions I had and was very helpful. Beach is only about 50 steps away and has easy/private access. Relaxing deck and mostly very quiet surroundings. Love the place!!

David’s place was just as described, it was perfect for our family weekend getaway!

We had a double king suite situation. The 2nd bedroom, was also well equipped with a small kitchenette and full spacious bathroom. The main bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining room and living room, was very comfortable. 2 couples can easily share a suite with plenty of privacy with a typical connecting door for each to open and close when needed. Plenty of kitchenware for any cooking in the kitchen. We were on the first level and never heard any noise above or next door. It was y completely quiet. Would recommend for anyone.
