Enjoy your stay in Goleta & Santa Barbara and live on vacation! 10 minute walk or bike to Goleta's beaches, trails, UCSB, shopping and restaurants, and a quick 15-minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara, Montecito, & the Funk Zone. Close to trailheads leading to the bluffs and ultimately the ocean. 4 bed 2 bath single family home, recently renovated with a full kitchen, a great backyard for relaxing, large living room with a flatscreen TV. Laundry on site. Gas Heating, no A/C, but great sea air.

Enjoy the antics of the quirky chickens. Soak in the tranquil hot tub or invigorate by dunking in the outdoor cold plunge bathtub! Wifi indoors and out. Trails through the Evergreen Open Space are across the street. Convenient to Goleta, Santa Barbara and UCSB. Our precious rescue pup, Luna, might bark a greeting on your arrival.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Ellwood Beach family home

Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom house walking distance to Lake Los Carneros & Stove Grove Parks in Santa Barbara area. 2 miles to beach. Beautiful mountain views. Close to the University of California Santa Barbara. 1 mile from Calle Real shopping with Starbucks, TraderJoes, and Sprouts. Quiet neighborhood on a tree lined street. Just renovated with new hardwood floors, kitchen,appliances, windows, painting, etc. Lots of light & private outdoor space. Large private patio & 2 private side yards.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Mountain View - Serenity Minutes from Downtown

Amazing view of mountains and undeveloped coastal hills. This quiet studio situated in natural setting, was once the master suite for the original house. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Goodland Getaway: Home w/ heated pool & hot tub

Relax in our remodeled home in a quiet, mature neighborhood nestled in farmland between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Gaviota coast. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Cozy Beach Cottage 7 min walk to the Sea & UCSB!

Take an early morning stroll along the bluffs above the ocean waves in the iconic college beach town of Isla Vista. Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.

Canyon Escape close to UCSB, the beach & golf.

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, or watch tv in the comfortable living room. Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.
