The Loft at Little Bluestem is located on a family-owned working flower farm. Our farm is located just off the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, approximately 45 minutes north of Jackson. Sweet Olive Cabin Morton, MS

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.

The Betterton Place - 3 Bed 2 Bath Cozy Cottage

Located in the heart of Kosciusko, MS on E Jefferson St, this 50’s era house has been completely remodeled with newly tiled kitchen floors and bathrooms, granite, exposed tongue and groove ceiling, new furniture and appliances throughout! Pettit Place

Pettit Place was built in 1929 as a general store in downtown Williamsville, just on the outskirts of Kosciusko. Originally, the front half was the general store with the living quarters in back. We have completely remodeled it into a spacious four bedroom, 2300 sq ft home with an office overlooking the main street out front. Get the old time experience with a modern setup. There is a Dollar General only a 1/4 mile away and a Walmart is only 2.5 miles away.
