Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Relax with the whole family at this charming house by the sea, nestled in the charming area of Goodrington Paignton. Swimming, sunbathing, sand, paddle boarding, rock pooling and the countries largest outdoor water park QuayWest are just a short walk away. The scenic southwest coastal path offer breathtaking views of the coastline. The 6 mile stretch provides walkers with a mix of sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and charming seaside towns. Enjoy travelling by Steam train, boat, bus or train.

Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

High Gables - Apartment Three

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. Gas centrally heated, comprising: two bedrooms; large contemporary bath/shower room; good sized lounge with oak flooring and plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

Pool & parking, 2 min from beach

Wonderful location just a short stroll through the park, past the boating lake, to the beach. Use of shared pool (heated late May-early Sep), reserved parking, and a small terrace with views over the boating lake. 2 comfortable bedrooms and a comfortable lounge, with Wi-Fi and access to a firestick so you can relax in the evening with you favourite film. NB. There are stairs up to the property and there is a split level (2 steps) within the property

Hi Spec 2 bedroom Annexe - close to coastal path

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.

The Owl's Nest

Take it easy at the unique tree house getaway nestled within a woodland in South Devon. A tranquil location allows for anyone staying in this cosy cabin to have a relaxing and memorable experience. Unwind in the hot tub set amongst the treetops and enjoy the sauna with its view into the forest. This location is only 15 minutes from various beaches and has an easy 10 minute walk to the local pub. No children or infants
