Welcome to 11 Acres Farm. Enjoy your time away in a peaceful rural setting boasting of a cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath home, pool, pond + *barn. The home offers a full eat-in kitchen with bar stools + farmhouse table, an office nook, sitting area by the fireplace, living room + laundry room. Covered back deck overlooks land + salt water pool, which is maintained year-round but is not heated. 1/2 bath by pool. Catch and release fishing welcome at the pond! Have a peaceful relaxing stay in our charming brick rancher. This little charmer is on just a little over one acre of land. Nap or read bit on the front porch or just soak in some sun. The house is only a few miles from the center of Calhoun and about two miles from Gordon Hospital. This home is completely remodeled with a nice kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Hardwood and LVP floors throughout. If you are a musician, there is a baby grand piano in the living room that we'd love you to play on.
