We loved our stay! The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Highlights: Location: Walking distance to a private beach and even walkable to downtown Hyannis if you're up for a 40 minute walk. Cottage: The house is set up for relaxing with you and your loved ones. We appreciated having lots of pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery so we could cook. Communication: Rich was proactive with check in instructions and responsive when we had questions.

We had a wonderful spring break at the “Falmouth Local”! Anika’s house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our young family of 4 plus a grandparent. Instructions and local suggestions were all crystal clear; I think we only had one question throughout our week-long stay. The town - with LOTS to do - was so close. The bike path is just across the street and was perfect for morning runs, kids on scooters, etc. Highly recommend a springtime visit!

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

A true gem of a place. Great neighborhood, lots of great amenities around. We will stay again! Tasteful decor and the whole place just feels homey. Squeaky clean, too—and so many little great touches throughout.

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, small, clean, and centrally located to the things we wanted to do. It was a short walk to a rocky beach, which we frequented each evening. Cute little porch and backyard. It fit our needs and we were happy with it.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

Location! Location! Location! Really nothing else to say. lol This was my first time staying at Sunset Sanctuary, but it definitely won't be my last. I was there this past weekend, which is off-season, but had fantastic weather. Had a couple questions upon arrival to which owners responded to and answered immediately. The house was clean & comfortable. I felt like I was home. There's a large deck over looking the ocean. I spent hours sitting out on the deck, out on the beach, walking my dog, and just enjoying the sounds of the ocean & beauty of it all. I almost hate to recommend the place because I want ensure availability for myself in the future, but honestly it is worth every penny. Lots of local restaurants to enjoy. Plenty of windows, and doors to open to let the ocean breeze in. The only downside was that I couldn't stay forever. Can't wait to book again next spring! Thank you Sophia and your parents for offering to share such a beautiful piece of heaven.
