Delicous breakfast provided and walking distance to the centre. Two other queen rooms, a double and single can be booked individually or as the whole house. Farm Cottage

A fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room with wood fire, large bathroom, & second toilet. There are 3 bedrooms; one with queen size bed, a cot and two single beds. The next has a queen bed three singles and cot. The third has a queen sized bed. A large wood heater warms the whole house, as well a split system air conditioner for the summer. we provide all bedding & towels. It has a lovely front veranda and an large outdoor glassed entertaining area, fully fenced with grassed play area

The unit is set in beautiful gardens visited frequently by Kookaburras, King Parrots and Rosellas.
