Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Shaws Road BnB is set in an idyllic rural setting 45 minutes from Melbourne and is a fully self-contained one-bedroom luxury apartment with a private entrance, on the first floor of the farmhouse. A hamper of breakfast items is provided together with a complimentary bottle of our estate wine. There are panoramic views of vineyards, nearby farms and the distant Kinglake Ranges. Only 15 minutes drive to the world famous Yarra Valley wineries, eateries and the Chocolaterie. Great cafes nearby!

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions
