It is light and spacious with exposed beams, open plan living space and wonderful views down the Avon Valley. With walks from the doorstep & easy access to beaches and stunning coastline, as well as Dartmoor - a super location to explore all that the South Hams has to offer. The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Coombe Rest Flat, Kingsbridge

This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave.
