Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

This is a perfect rental on TCI. Do not hesitate to book it. The location is ideal and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. I recommend a car if you want to explore, but you can easily access great beaches and restaurants just by foot. The hosts provided many excellent recommendations and made my last minute trip so easy. The space itself is incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and so well-appointed. They had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, toiletries, and everything you need for the beach. I can’t wait to return!

This place was stunning—clean, peaceful, and in a perfect location. It’s tucked near quiet, secluded beaches, yet just a quick 5-minute drive to the popular Grace Bay area with its restaurants and well-known beaches. The property felt very safe and serene. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more private, off-resort experience without sacrificing easy access to the island’s top spots

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

Amazing vacation we had. Traveled with my husband and our 5 year old son. He didn’t want to leave and asked if we could live there! Felt so safe and peaceful. I recommend this unit. So nice that it’s a quick walk to the most amazing beach in the world! It was awesome having nice layout chairs at the beach. The umbrella that leesa provided was perfect, it kept shade for us during the peak of the day hot sun. The cooler came in handy too that she provided! Everything was walking distance!

Michael's place was perfect -- easy to access the beautiful beach, and so easy to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Not only did Michael give us a substantial book of information prior to arrival to help with our plans, but he responded to every question immediately. He connected us to the wonderful Abraham who connected us to amazing excursions. He made fantastic recommendations and even called ahead to see if a busy restaurant could accommodate us. When we asked about renting snorkel equipment, it magically appeared for us to borrow. When we asked where to buy waterproof cases for our phones for snorkeling they magically appeared for us to borrow. We absolutely loved Grace Bay, and this was an absolutely perfect place from which to explore it. Thank you Michael! And please share our thanks with Abraham!

We enjoyed our time and loved the beach. The unit was clean and inviting. The pool area was clean and refreshing. We did not cook at the pool area but did enjoy a nice lunch on our first day. The lovely pergola area helped from the sun and wind. The walk to the beach was not far at all. Walking to and from the downtown, Grace Bay area, was very doable anytime of the day or night. Hisham was very responsive to any of our questions.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was in a perfect central location – you really can’t ask for a better spot. Everything we needed was close by, making it super convenient. The host was absolutely amazing – incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Honestly, 10 out of 10 experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space! Clean, felt safe (gated complex, well lit, respectful other guests/tenants). Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. The AC nice and cold, pool was amazing and almost unused (except by us!). Karen provides lots of amenities such as sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to cart them in. Cannot go wrong staying here!!

Janie was very responsive and super helpful for our trip. I absolutely loved the location as I felt like this part of the island was super convenient and lots to do! It was great being far away from the business of the island and I loved that this location had the beach that was walkable as well as a beautiful view with two pools and a hot tub. Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, along with restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. The condo had just about everything one could need for a day at the beach, and was well stocked with appliances and tableware, plus shower, laundry, and coffee items. The front sitting area and condo pool also served as great spaces for relaxing. We had issues with the door keypad but Keno was responsive and helped sort out an alternative means of entry. Excellent value for the price!

Brand new Condominiums and everything was perfect my 2nd time renting here and definitely will rent again! Thank u for letting us stay at your beautiful place! ❤️🙏🏾

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucille’s place. It was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect for us, close to Smith’s reef and there were a few walkable restaurants. We rented a car and I would recommend renting one as there’s parking. The property grounds were also well kept and felt very safe. We saw security constantly patrolling the premises. Lucille was very responsive and friendly. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it.

Nico’s place isn’t on the beach, but if you’re like us, you want to visit different beaches so this was perfect due to the affordability. Each beach on T&C os different in some way. It was great saving a little money by staying away from beachfront rentals and visiting all the different beaches with a reasonably priced rental from Scooter Bob’s. The pool was a great desalter after being at a beach all day. I would stay here again.

What a wonderful stay we had! The place was perfect…quiet, peaceful, spacious and it had everything we needed! We would strongly recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in the Grace Bay area! Stephanie was a perfect host…great instruction and suggestions on where to go, what to do and where to eat. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

First of all, I want to mention the outstanding communication Nathan provided during the booking period, while at the condo, and upon leaving. We had zero issues. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked of everything we needed plus some. It’s an easy walk to the grocery, restaurants, and beach. Again everything we needed was at our fingertips. Thank you Nathan. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and this condo was in a great location. Walkable to many great spots for shopping and eating. We also rented a car, which was definitely worth it to check out more of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap in the main bath. Our boys loved having their own space, and I loved the screened porch for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. The pool and landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs and towels provided. Everyone on the island is friendly and offers great suggestions for what to do during your visit! Thanks for sharing your home!

We loved our stay so much we want to figure out when we can come back! The space was great and the location was perfect. The pool was so nice - we rented a car and drive one min to beach access only because we hauled the chairs and snorkeling gear Nancy provided. We felt at home and would stay here again and again.

Michael and Annemarie were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The angel resort in turtle cove is walkable to a handful of restaurants and a cute coffee shop (Turks waves). Def recommend renting a car to get to the Grace Bay Area or for any excursions. Just beware there are lots of stairs if walking to the nearby restaurants, but the condo itself is on the ground floor. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ‘quieter’ community vs staying in proper Grace bay.
