Casa Abril is a spacious property of 160 m² distributed over two floors, designed for families, couples or groups looking for a special place to relax and unwind. With a cozy architecture and carefully selected details, the house features: On the first floor, guests have an open kitchen that integrates with a spacious living-dining room, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere. This area is complemented by an interior patio, which adds a touch of freshness and tranquility to the home. On this level, there are two double bedrooms; one of them is equipped with a king size bed, and both have private bathrooms, which ensures privacy and comfort. On the second floor, there is a very bright studio, designed to maximize natural light and equipped with direct access to the terrace. This outdoor space not only offers fantastic views of the sea and the Risco, but is also equipped with a swimming pool,, a large table and Balinese chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy memorable moments in the company of friends and family.

Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Im ganzen Dorf darf man unbekleidet sein, FKK ist hier gern gesehen, aber kein Zwang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

La Sala de Jardin - The Garden Room - a unique and perfectly equipped studio annex for 2 people with own separate entrance and totally self contained. With direct access to a beautiful garden space and solar heated salt water pool measuring 7m x 3.5m. Solar power for house also. The garden enjoys the stunning backdrop of an iconic Lanzarote volcano. Quite often on the hillside you will see local wild goat family at play. Although described as tiny home by airbnb - this is not cramped space.

Playa Marina Ocean View Bungalow

Playa Marina is located in between Mala, and Arrieta, in the north of Lanzarote. Originally built as a healthsenter, and there is 3 bungalows together, and one main house. It is very close to the ocean, and there is some wonderful caves there that is accessible at low tide. Sometimes there is a sandy beach at low tide, but when there has been lots of waves, the sand is washed further out. Then there round stones before the sand. 2 km to Arrieta where there is a beach, stores, and restaurants.

Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
