The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Le premier appartement est divisé en un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres (une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples) et une salle de bain avec douche. Le deuxième appartement est divisé en un salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre avec un lit double et une salle de bain avec douche. Dans les deux salons, dans les deux appartements, il y a un canapé-lit pour une personne supplémentaire chacun. Dans la cour de la villa, il y a une piscine (22,5 m² ) équipée de chaises longues, d'un parasol et d'une douche extérieure ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte de 12 m² avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue. La climatisation, l'accès Internet sans fil, la télévision par satellite, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un lit bébé et une chaise haute ainsi qu'un parking sur la propriété sont disponibles gratuitement. Le magasin et le restaurant sont à 350 m et le centre de l'île de Vir est à 2000 m. La plage la plus proche, la plage Miljkovica, est à 450 m du domaine.

On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
