Grad Zadar : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Ein super schönes und kühles Häuschen. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür und sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist es nicht weit um Einkäufe zu erledigen und Essen zu gehen. Marija ist immer da und hilft gerne weiter. Alles perfekt und ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Agree with all the other reviewers. This is a lovely older townhouse with two bedrooms upstairs. Toilet is downstairs. I absolutely loved sitting outside in the peaceful garden, but the mosquitoes are really bad, maybe just the time of the year. The house is spacious and its a very short walk to the shopping centre and 10 mins to old town. Ivana was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is that the shower is a small bathtub with shower curtain so the space is a bit small, but probably we're just not used to that style. Overall this is a great place to stay, no noise despite being so close to everything.

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Dragica. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber! Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ebenfalls top. Mit dem Auto konnten wir alles super schnell erreichen. Das auto konnten wir direkt vor der Unterkunft sicher parken. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich die Unterkunft von dragica wärmstens empfehlen! Sauberkeit, Lage, Kommunikation, und Komfort - alles 5 Sterne! Vielen Dank

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

It is a great house, with a soul and the charm of its past, we felt great there. The terrace is wonderful, very spacious and offering a nice view. There is also a super great barbecue. The house is close to many lovely spots and beaches, fish market and products from the farm are easily accessible by car. Tihana is a great host and showed a lot of flexibility for our arrival and departure. Thank you for a nice stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zu fünft mit Freunden und unseren beiden Hunden hier :) schöner eingezäunter Hof und toller Whirlpool zum entspannen! Hier ist alles zu Fuß in 10min erreichbar, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Läden und Strand und Meer! In 15min ist man nach Zadar mit dem Auto rein gefahren, dort gibt es alles was sonst noch so das Herz begehrt. Ana und ihr Mann sind liebevolle Gastgeber und geben sich wirklich viel Mühe, direkt beim ankommen gab es ein Gastgeschenk und kalte Getränke standen bereit und zum Abschied gab es sogar eine Abschiedsüberraschung! Wir haben hier (trotz nicht so tollem Wetter im April) eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass alles sehr hundefreundlich ist :) Das rustikale Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr aufwändig eingerichtet, hier steckt richtig viel Herzblut drin…wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen es jedem weiter! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het appartement van Zlata. We kwamen eigenlijk te vroeg aan, maar werden zeer vriendelijk door haar ontvangen. Ze nam uitgebreid de tijd om het appartement te laten zien en gaf ons een hele hoop tips en info over de omgeving. Het appartement was zeer schoon en leuk ingericht. We raden dit appartement aan!

We really appreciated the personal contact with our host, taking the time to ensure we were in the apartment, had time to ask questions, even giving us lots of reccomendations that were perfect for our stay length. Helpful and friendly! Incredibly quiet for a city apartment. Soft music & sea organ both were a lovely occasional serenade while relaxing on the patio in the evening. We loved it ❤️~Susan and Jeff

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Valentina ist ein super Host! Sie hat auf alle Anliegen stets direkt geantwortet, Auskunft gegeben und sich nach uns erkundigt. Wirklich super lieb und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt wie beschreiben 15min vom Wasser entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt wären es 40 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Für uns war das genau perfekt! Es waren ein paar fremde Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sauber und mit dem notwenigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es wurde Strand Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt, wovon wir positiv überrascht waren. Das Airbnb ist recht dunkel aufgrund der ebenerdigen Lage und der Nachbarhäuser. Uns hat das nicht gestört und im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Kontakt mit Valentina sehr freundlich und einfach!

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

Extremely great view, Josep picked us up from the Airport and was very nice and responsive as well, giving us restaurant recommendations all around the city. The owner of Belmont Realty is also extremely responsive and ensures a great stay! 10/10 can recommend

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is prachtig aan de zee en met 25° echt fantastisch. De sup hebben we vaak gebruik. Het huis ligt wel ver van alles weg, dat hadden wij ons niet goed gerealiseerd maar zorgde er ook voor dat we echt vakantie hadden en gewoon echt niets deden. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, echt ideaal. Wij vonden alleen de bedden erg hard, maar dat is persoonlijke smaak. Ook onze 3 pubers vonden het een heerlijke week.

Le logement correspond complètement à la description, au calme, petite maison très bien équipée pour 2 personnes, légèrement isolé de Zadar mais tout aussi très proches de toutes les commodité et du centre pour un séjour reposant. Nous y avons passer une très bonne semaine, malgré le temps qui était un peu capricieux, mais les soirées y était très agréable sur la terrasse couverte. Le petit plus un petit compagnon à quatre pattes qui nous rendit visite tous les soirs pour quelques câlins. Merci beaucoup pour ce petit coin de paradis

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.
