Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Depandance con entrata indipendente posta al piano terra. L'alloggio è stato completamente ristrutturata e arredata nel 2019 ed è composto da una camera matrimoniale e bagno privato ad uso esclusivo. La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato. Nell' alloggio è inclusa una piccola colazione leggera , troverete caffè e brioches. Ospitalità e cortesia.

Grado szivében, gyönyörű kilátással a Porto Mandracchio kikötőre. Néhány lépésnyire található Grado óvárosától. A lakás harmadik emeleten található (lift nincs) Ha többen szeretnétek jönni, akkor idei évtől ezt is megtehetitek. A szomszéd lakás ezzel együtt foglalható lesz szintén ezen a felületen.
