Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Grado szivében, gyönyörű kilátással a Porto Mandracchio kikötőre. Néhány lépésnyire található Grado óvárosától. A lakás harmadik emeleten található (lift nincs) Ha többen szeretnétek jönni, akkor idei évtől ezt is megtehetitek. A szomszéd lakás ezzel együtt foglalható lesz szintén ezen a felületen. A szomszédnak nincs terasza, cserében az ára kicsit alacsonyabb lesz. Az appartamanto Dorothy-val együtt így már tudunk 4 vendéget is fogadni a szabad helyek függvényében.

La mansarda è situata al terzo piano di una casa in pieno centro storico, un monolocale con terrazza interna dove potrete cenare o rilassarvi. Si trova a due passi dalla Basilica, dai ristoranti, dai supermercati e dalla splendida passeggiata "La Diga". L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata (nuova installazione).

Bell'appartamento molto luminoso , situato in zona centralissima a 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Terrazza abitabile affacciata su una deliziosa piazza incrocio tra due viali pedonali. Parcheggio custodito a richiesta. Di recente l' arredamento è stato rinnovato e si è creata un'ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento.
