This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

Great place with amazing views from almost every window. The hot tub was a great feature, kitchen included all things necessary for a meal, and washer and dryer came in clutch after a bike ride.

The location and cleanliness are unbeatable! Several of the duplexes on this street are AirBnbs and we've stayed at a few. This one is my favorite so far. There are plenty of kitchen tools to cook with, and they have basic seasonings you can use. The hot tub is new, clean, and plenty hot. The yard is well taken care of, everything was easy to find, and the host provided clear instructions for everything. We'll definitely stay again! The only heads-up I'd give other guests are the check-out instructions posted inside. You need to set aside about 30 min for check out. The 'asks' are completely reasonable: Start a laundry load of dirty towels, strip the beds, load/start the dishwasher, and a few additional pet related tasks if you bring one. Again, they didn't ask guests to do anything unreasonable, but if you're hitting the road early (like we had to), then this would have been useful information when deciding where to stay. This is great place, and we'll definitely be back!

We loved the peace and quiet that came with having this as our home base between adventures. The solitude of this place was just perfect for recouping after a long day of activity and the pictures of the place and location don't do it justice. The majority of our time there was spent either enjoying the well equipped, bad-ass kitchen, or chilling on the cool private patio, and the abundance of wildlife and stargazing was the icing on the cake. What a great spot to chill, laugh, and enjoy the flavors of life. Much gratitude for the opportunity to use such a cool space for our time in Moab.

We had a wonderful stay at Austin’s place in Moab! The location was perfect — just a short drive to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for us, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, providing plenty of space and privacy. The home was fully appointed with everything we needed to cook both dinners and breakfasts, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. Austin was responsive to inquiries and was a great host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moab!

We used Stephanie's place as a base camp for our adventures to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. It was a perfect location and large enough for our group of 4 couples - 8 adults total. We didn't need to use the pull out sofa, but for awareness that room and one of the king bed rooms face each other with full glass doors in between, limiting your privacy. All the kitchen basics are provided, including trash bags and dish sponges. It was great to have propane in the grill and all the tools needed. Outdoor space is great with the hot tub, but you do look right out into the storage unit complex. (Though with amazing views of the mountains as well!) Overall a great stay, and we would book Stephanie's place again for a large group. Our only issue was we ran out of toilet paper on our last morning. Probably not an issue for a smaller group, but since this place sleeps 10, need to consider providing more paper products for length of stay.

Great place to explore the Canyon Lands and areas around Moab. Was there with 2 others on a business trip, good location, quiet even with a Toyota 4X4 rally happening.

This is our group‘s second time staying here. Great location for those on a dirtbike trip. Has a great backyard space for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

This place is perfect for two people. We were so impressed by all the details that went beyond the norm. Information was posted, including light switches labeled, instructions, etc. Amenities were first rate: programmable nightlight, 4 setting hairdryer, for example. Extras included reusable ice packs in the freezer to use, condiments in the fridge, a shoe brush remove dirt. The decor was attractive and we were created by two place setting set out on the table. The bed was comfortable, the closet was roomy. The bathroom lighting was good. We were here at the end of April, and we didn’t need to use adjust the heat or air. Removing shoes at the door was not a problem for us, and we knew that the place was cleaner than most because of it. The Aunt staff representative, Barbara, was so helpful and very sweet. We did laundry there and were glad the detergent was provided since we didn’t have any with us. One of the best places Airbnbs we’ve stayed at with all its attention to detail!

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable! Loved being a little outside of town. Andria was right on top of the couple of small maintenance issues. Great location with no stairs and easy parking!

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent option for a family or small group to stay and experience all Moab has to offer. The pool alone is worth the price of admission.

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We had a comfortable peaceful stay. Martha house has everything we needed. Our flight delay, arrived 10:30pm, the whole area was very dark. Appreciate the garage, so that we don’t have to get into burning hot car. Martha communicate well with me. We would love to come back if we ever come to Moab next time

This was a great place to stay! The location is great with beautiful views! The house has a great layout, and was very clean and comfortable. My husband especially enjoyed the garage! We were traveling with another couple and we had plenty of room and privacy. Troy was a great host. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great week in beautiful Moab!
