The apartment and the host were great! This apartment is above the local floral and coffee shop which the host owns and operates, so breakfast was a cinch. The coffee shop has a nice little gift shop included as well, but the real star was a very, very good caramel roll and a cup pf coffee. Lisa was very easy to get in touch with via the app and communication was quick and smooth. The apartment was very clean. It was comfortable. It had everything I needed. The closes thing to an negative I can say is that it was a very cold night in North Dakota and I was cold, but there were extra blankets in the apartment I could throw on my bed and stay nice and toasty through the night.

My stay was great! Carson was very responsive, and very helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I absolutely will be booking with again if I ever come back to the area.

Our family had a great stay at Megan's place. 2 bedrooms and a roomy living room that can be used as a 3rd bed if needed. Nice dining area and kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipments. Megan and her family are very friendly and fast to respond. Will definitely come back when we have companies visiting next time!

Our stay was excellent. We felt right at home and it was very cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed!

We have enjoyed this place so much that for several weeks into the future we have rebooked it for the times we needed a place in GF. He clearly changes the door passcode for each guest (safety) and the place has always been clean and comfortable. He is proactive and a great host!

Cole’s place was clean, equipped with everything needed. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Main Street where the mall is. Cole was quick at responding to my messages and was very helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great place to stay near campus and downtown. We prefer this building and the units over area hotels. Full kitchen, laundry in unit, comfy furniture and beds. The workout room is great. And Cole was a great host who accommodated our special request, which we appreciated.

One thing to note is that it is an older home. Our first night, the wind was extremely bad in Grand Forks and every room has an ac unit installed in a window. This caused some of the bedrooms to be extremely cold at night due to the drafts coming in from the windows. Overall good stay!

We had a wonderful stay and Coleen was a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable, clean and provided for a wonderful weekend.

Perfect little place to stay for a weekend trip to Grand Forks! Great location, about a block off a main road and an easy drive to the UND campus. Check-in was easy. Upon check-in, I found that the cleaners hadn't been there, but Cole responded right away when I reached out. The cleaners were there within the hour and cleaned the place up while I went out for the evening. Super-comfy beds! Great kitchen. I used the oven and coffee maker while I was there and both worked great. The dishwasher was broken so I did my dishes by hand, but Cole had stated that I could leave them in the sink, if desired. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. Be aware, there is very little counter space in the bathroom. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The price was perfect and the apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and functional. A full-length mirror would be a great addition. Also, phthalates on the laundry were strong; I prefer unscented towels and bedding.

Shafiqul was responsive and very accomodating. There were frozen pipes at the property we originally booked and he made arrangements for this location early on. The building took a bit to find the main entrance around the back, but getting into each unit was a smooth process.
