Great location -- 100 feet of private lakefront on Lake Champlain, on a 1+ acre lot. 40 foot wraparound deck. 2 bedrooms and third loft bedroom. well appointed kitchen, dining area/living room. Good wifi. Lower level has work space area, seating/ rec area for youngsters with bathroom ( with washer/dryer) and separate deck. Hammock space on deck. No discounts from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
