Spacious 3,650 sqft home to serve as the base camp for your fun filled getaway in GJ! 3 king beds and plenty of space for multiple families. Just over 2 miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

Fruita farm adventure

Come enjoy the quiet farm life with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

We are at the center of fun activities if that is your desire, or simply enjoy the peaceful private backyard complete with outdoor dining, gas grill and calming water fountain. With a fully modern kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of privacy, this property has everything that you need. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional $40/night plus tax pet fee. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit. Pool is open May to mid-September.

The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office with Murphy bed. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation in the heart of Grand Junction! Pool is closed November- March 15th of each year.
