Welcome to the Little Dipper Lakehouse! Relax at this peaceful cottage on Grand Lake with 180-degree water views and your own private beach. Firepit, floating dock, and beach loungers and watercraft offer multiple ways to kick back. With its panoramic windows, the sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, while the spacious deck is equipped with BBQ and outdoor seating. Two bedrooms plus loft accommodates up to 6 guests. Well-equipped kitchen and open-concept living room.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Washademoak Lake House

Bring the whole family to this amazing and private Cottage on 1.5 acres of waterfront property on the popular Washademoak Lake. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sunrise from the spacious wrap around deck. Kayak or paddle board the calm waters in the cove, swim out to the raft, or dock your boat on 200 feet of water front. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor with a King-sized bed. Two more bedrooms with double beds are upstairs along with another bath and a double futon sofa.

The Gladys House on the Washademoak Lake

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet at The Gladys House, along with a step back in time. The Gladys House is located at the mouth of the beautiful Washademoak Lake. Private beach, to swim, sun seek, bonfires, and sunsets. Located next door, is the McDonald’s Point Wharf, where swimming and diving are a must, fish and tie a boat up here too. Quiet roads for an evening walk, and just a short walk to Liza’s Pottery Studio. Restaurants 20 mins and shopping centres an hour away.
