Enjoy the grill on our very large screened-in and covered porch overlooking the lake. 7 minute drive to Tim Horton's on Union Street. 25 minute drive to the Irving Chipman Mill. 10 minute drive to Industrial Park Road. Snow removal is included with stay.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
