A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

Gannet’s Gaze Cottage

Gannet’s Gaze is a 4 bed, 2 bath home located on Grand Manan Island. This property has all the essentials & comforts of home. From bedding to kitchen basics, our goal is to provide you with as many amenities as possible to help ensure an enjoyable stay. Enjoy the expansive front deck and cozy fire pit, unobstructed ocean views of White Head, Gannet Rock & nearby Anchorage Provincial Park. We even have direct access to the trails for ATV lovers! Modestly priced to accommodate 11 people, and pets!

Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

The Guillemots Nest

Nestled in a private, ocean-view corner of paradise.. awaits the "Guillemots Nest". Situated on Bancroft's Point, Grand Manan Island, this quiet getaway is all you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. This area, particularly Castalia Marsh (which is virtually at your doorstep) is a birdwatchers paradise! Bald Eagles, Tree, Cliff and Barn Swallows soar and wheel all about; gulls cry in the distance whilst the cool, salt-tinged breeze gently beckons you..

The Station house at West Quoddy Station

The Station House, c1915, formerly USCG Station Quoddy Head from 1915-1970 and currently is an adaptive lodging reuse. On TheNational Register of Historic Places, The Station House has 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeping 9 comfortably. The SH is located 1/2 mile from West Quoddy Head State Park, the Easternmost Point in the US. You will experience peaceful beauty, amazing sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, 2 lighthouses, with views of Lubec, Eastport and Campobello.

Mermaid's Mini Mansion

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We welcome your pets and your children :)

Crafty Cove Cottage is a charming tiny home designed to help you unwind the moment you step inside. It is the perfect place to slow down and settle in. Enjoy outdoor dining with the salty breeze as the tide rolls in and out. Wake up to the sunrise and continue the morning while sipping your morning coffee on the balcony and spotting birds in the surrounding cove. You’ll be tucked away and sheltered with everything you need and the ocean just beyond.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located cottage. Come enjoy the beautiful waterfront view in Grand Harbour! The cottage has a sunroom to dine, watch the sunrise/sunset and the perfect place to check off your summer reading list. The spacious front yard offers access to a private beach perfect for our furry friends, beach fires, kayaking, & swimming. Free Wi-fi included.

Heart of Lubec! Charming Arts & Crafts Home

Located in the heart of Lubec! Guests will enjoy a stay in a quaint early 1900's arts and crafts home just steps away from the amenities of Lubec. You can hear the church bells and SummerKey's concerts from the house. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pubs, library, bank, grocery store and even Canada. 5 miles from West Quoddy Head Lighthouse, the Easternmost Point in the United States.
