The Hillside Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown! Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.
