The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Larch Cottage is set within a North Yorkshire hamlet and offers private access with your own spacious lounge, bathroom and bedroom with king size bed. Use of outdoor facilities including garden furniture and BBQ and is walking distance of the award winning pub, The Black Horse in Kirkby Fleetham, serving fantastic food and a warm welcome. Larch Cottage is conveniently located for access routes to North Yorkshire Dales and moors and the A1. Complimentary toiletries and welcome tray on arrival.

Manor House Cottage self catering rural location

Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

The Whare offers stylish, peaceful accommodation close to Bedale centre. It has cooker, hob, dishwasher, underfloor heating, wi-fi, smart TV, dedicated work room, outdoor seating, parking and secure cycle storage. Ideal for a couple or a single person. No pets and no smoking. Not suitable for children. The market town of Bedale is 'the gateway to the Dales' and boasts a beautiful Georgian main street and an abundance of places to eat; an ideal base from which to explore North Yorkshire.

Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
