Not a bad deal for the price. Cabin is not insulated and get's cold at night. I'd recommend a few blankets or sleeping bag in the colder months which I believe she recommended. You need to meet with the owner at check in where she goes over rules etc. She also drove by to caution us about the campfire in the presence of winds. Overall, I felt the property was well worth the price.

It was amazing being right at the AT as well as walkable to Artisun cafe and easily accessible to downtown. We squeezed in 7 people and were just fine for the weekend. It just takes a little food planning with a small fridge and no stove, but between the grill, instant pot, and toaster oven we were just fine. It was a very sweet little space to spend our weekend!

Robert’s place was fantastic! Very cute, clean and cozy! It stayed plenty warm even in the teens! We stayed for Thanksgiving and Robert was nice enough to drive up and give us an indoor cooking appliance when we were missing one. Great place and can’t wait to come back! Also great place to explore the outdoors

This was our second time staying here, the first time was three years ago to date. When we arrived it felt like we had never left. It was so relaxing and so peaceful! Cathy was amazing and the small issue we had was resolved within the hour! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. Debbie and Dan are extremely friendly people that are very hospitable! There is an RV campground right next door to the north, their other rental (a super cool tiny home) is feet away on the west end of the cabin, and their home is next to the south end of the cabin, but the sound of the flowing river drowns out all noise! It is truly a cozy and unique getaway for two. We went in late March before trees really started to leaf again, so there was no natural cover for a more private feel - but I am sure that in the summer and fall it is PERFECT!

Beautiful little cabin! We enjoyed our stay. Best part was sitting in the hot tub listening to the ducks and water flowing by the cabin.

My boyfriend and I took our first long weekend vacation here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hot tub was AMAZING after going roughly 14 miles to Mt Leconte! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were very tourist trap-ish but we still had fun nonetheless. The smokies were the highlight of the trip. This location was easy to get into the park, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and very peaceful!

We loved this home for celebrating our 20th anniversary! The modern conveniences were amazing! A heated bidet, Dish TV, sleep # bed, hot tub, rain shower, Bluetooth mirror, and so much more! The bedding was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the corn hole too! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a perfect home with lots of peace and quiet!

We had an amazing time. Close to hiking, restaurant’s, and many activities. Bryson City was a very cute area. The house was comfortable, and has everything you need. We will be back!

We stayed at the tiny house for a weekend and it was such a beautiful home. The views were gorgeous and sitting in the hot tub at night under the string lights was incredible. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a private getaway near Asheville!

Brian's place was cute and close to town. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the patio listening to the water! Great little grass area for my doggo.

This was our 2nd stay Casa. We feel cozy and comfortable there. We’ll be staying there again.

Good place for a short stay on a budget. Two of us stayed for a weekend of mountain biking. The place is very small, so it's tight for two people, but it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good (though the track style door doesn't stay closed without wedging something in between it and the wall), and the tiny kitchen was great for the space. Everything was clean and check in and out was very easy. It's beside a road and next to another tiny home and the owner's home, but it was still relatively private and relaxing to sit outside. I would rent it again.

Absolutely loved this tiny home “Little Dipper” from beginning to end Nick (the host) was very communicative! Made our entire stay worthwhile. We enjoy all amenities. Very clean and accommodating to our needs. Thank you will be booking again!

The space was exactly how it was described and perfect for what we were looking for! The private patio area is really awesome and being able to interact with the goats and cats were a plus! Everything was very clean! The only thing is that the outer door going into the Airbnb was a little hard to open, but it honestly wasn’t an issue at all.

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay in this tiny home due to Hurricane Helene. We had arrived to check in not knowing how rough the surrounding area got hit yet. No running water or power, so unfortunately we had to turn back. We absolutely loved the tiny home itself though! Such a cute and cozy space. Doug was communicative and so kind during all this craziness, very understanding of the circumstances and even helped me contact Airbnb to be able to receive a full refund. We really wish we could have enjoyed this tiny home to its fullest! Such a peaceful property. Highly recommend this tiny home for your next stay☺️ Hoping we’ll be back at some point to enjoy it!

Wonderful little A-Frame cabin on a truly gorgeous property; I'd definitely recommend for an introduction to the glamping experience. I stayed for only a couple nights during a last minute trip to Dollywood and found this space to feel surprisingly secluded for how close it is to tourist spots and amenities. James was communicative and kind - he let me know I could contact him at any time, if I needed anything, and checked in on me when I arrived late due to an unfortunately long wait for my rental vehicle. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. This IS a glamping experience and, upon inquiry about reservation, James was extremely forthright as to the condition of the place. There is a pop-up shower and an outhouse; the cabin is lit with fairylights, and the water pressure in the sink is a bit wanting. But everything is perfectly servicable and James was around if I needed anything. Personally, I found the place cozy and inviting. I would absolutely book to stay again.
