The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

This is an ideal quiet getaway from it all location offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Route 1, fishing on the river Yare and easy accessibility to Norwich, the coast and beyond.

Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Co-op and garage.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We have a private car park and coin operated electricity meters.
