This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

It's in a lower level of a single family house with walkout access and backyard with no rear neighbors, the rear access is facing the forest. it's a great location for business or adventure that can accommodate up to 4 people with too queen size beds. We are steps away from activities such as walking, cycling, ATVing, skiing, snowmobiling can on the nearby Algonquin Trail. We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.
