Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

The place was super comfy and homey feeling. As a single female I felt completely safe walking around. I loved how charming the house was and the hosts were very friendly, professional and communicated very well. I would recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again.

This house is fantastic. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described. We had a couple issues that were completely our fault and Maria took care of them immediately. We had a wonderful visit with family and much of that was because we had such a perfect place to stay. Maria really is a Super Host! 🥰😊 When we visit again, I hope this beautiful home is available! This is the 6th Fort Collins Air BnB we have stayed in and by far the best. Thoughtfully appointed with so many small details that make a stay easier - I can't tell you how many times I've had to go buy Q-Tips, tissues, laundry supplies, etc. Monte & Christie's place had everything I could have needed and then some (a makeup mirror! cotton rounds! a food processor!) We loved the game room and had a blast with the axe throwing game and all the options for entertainment. We grilled and ate in the yard one night and the grill was wonderufl. Their communication was amazing and we could not have been happier.

Thanks for a great stay!!! The Fort is a great space, and surprisingly bright and full of light for being a basement unit. I loved the fenced in private yard and feeling free to contact you anytime I had a question. The kitchen chalk board and booklet full of suggestions is great for activities. I slept like a dream in the comfy bed and the bathroom was sparkling. Thanks again!!

Glenn’s place was exceptional. Very quiet and well maintained with lots of helpful amenities.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

The place is very clean. The shower is very funky though.Beds were comfortable

Stunning, new townhouse, staying here was a real treat in itself! Nice little patio to enjoy the cool evenings. My pups and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. There is a large park across the street, though we utilized other parks in our travels. Great location to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Small and charming little place! Had everything we needed and we enjoyed a close knit family weekend here.

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

Weekend getaway with my boyfriend here was so nice. We really enjoyed the views , river , and firepit. Had some really good s’more’s. This location is dog friendly, we have two dogs and they had a blast!!

Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.

Very nice cabin on the river. Enjoyable views and peaceful. Not too far from Estes Park either for getting out and exploring. I'd definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was beautiful by the river! We have two kids and the four of us just loved walking around the property, using the hot tub, and cozying up by the easy-to operate fire pit. The town of Lyons has a couple of cute shops and brewery/restaurants to eat. We door dashed groceries from Safeway for our bigger items. Heidi was very quick to respond to my requests and accommodated a couple of requests we made during our stay. Would love to come back!

Beautiful, clean cabin with a lovely outdoor space with a hot tub. Great for a quick getaway!

This was a very cozy and well stocked cabin, in a gorgeous location! Heidi checked in multiple times through out our stay and was wonderful! Between being right on the river, the fire pits, and the comfy bed, this is the perfect spot for a quick getaway
