Modern Flat with Mountain Views. Alt power supply

The apartment is 50m2 consisting of the following: bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, hand basin and shower), living area, kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge, second toilet which also houses washing machine. There is a television in the bedroom as well as in the living area. Uncapped Wi-Fi is available in the unit. Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate. The window is fitted with lockable security shutters. You will be welcomed in person and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. Please contact me if you need something fixed or would just like some local tips. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. Explore this seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient and popular MyCiTi Bus public service, the Mouille Point bus stop is 120m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200m from apartment. We welcome you to enjoy our lovely modern and chic apartment in by the sea with amazing views towards Signal Hill and Lions Head. Enjoy walks on the promenade or stroll to Green Point park. This apartment feels light & spacious with a wonderful flow from with open plan kitchen and living area. There are great restaurants and coffee shops, The V&A Waterfront, Oranjezicht Market within walking distance. *If you are sensitive to noice, please bring your ear plugs. *Affected by power cuts.

The apartment is situated in a prime location, super central & has the ocean & Greenpoint park on its doorstep. Within walking distance to amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, bars, supermarkets, laundromat & V&A Waterfront (15 min walk). It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family. In a well kept apartment block with 24 hour on premise security. Spacious, sunny, clean, comfortable & has amazing views!

Walk, jog, cycle along the promenade or relax and enjoy the sea air. There are many activities and amenities in close proximity to the apartment viz. Hiring of bikes, kayaking in the sea, putt putt, walks on the beachfront promenade, beautiful urban park, ice cream parlor, many good restaurants.

This sublime little studio apartment is a celebration of life's simple pleasures - lying in bed and listening to the ocean; reading stretched out on the couch; movie night on the sofa bed. It's also ideal for remote work with its strong and uncapped fibre wifi. Step out your door onto the Promenade and its a very short stroll away from the V&A, Green Point Park, the Oranjezicht Market...not to mention the coffee shops, the restaurants, the beaches and mountains. Cape Town at its best!

My homely one bedroom apartment is not modern, but it is clean and comfortable. It is on the beach road looking out towards Robben Island where you can see dolphins and if your lucky, a whale or two. It is an easy walk to the V&A Waterfront (1,5km) and trendy restaurants as well as being on the MyCiti and City Sightseeing bus routes. It is close to the buzzing city, the stadium and spectacular beaches! If you're looking for a modern hotel-like experience, my apartment is not for you.
