Beautiful basement apartment, in the vibrant community of Broomhill. The apartment is part of a large early Victorian House, with private entrance and courtyard garden. Close to the university and teaching hospitals, which are all within walking distance. The city centre is just 5 mins away yet we have great access to The Peaks. The Smithy at The Asplands is a one bedroomed property/glamping pod, with a shower room, suitable for short stays. Located on a very quiet lane/bridle path between Oughtibridge and Worrall, and a short drive into the Peak District and Sheffield. The property does not have a kitchen. Kettle and toaster are provided, along with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel are provided. WiFi available. Within walking distance of 2 lovely pubs, both serving great food.

Welcome to our apartment. Set in a former saw & steel mill this recently refurbished two bedroomed apartment is bright and comfortable. Situated in the heart of Kelham Island the location is ideal for people visiting the city’s universities, teaching hospitals and for legal professionals. Sporting events (World Snooker), Creative events(Doc-Fest etc) and theatre goers are all within walking distance. Slightly further afield but only 30 minutes away is the stunning Peak District .

The Annexe

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Situated on the North West edge of Sheffield, we are in the Peak District, with superb walks, reservoirs, pubs, a golf course and more just a few minutes away. We are also close to halls of residence for Sheffield universities, with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive for jaunts into town. The accommodation is a self contained apartment above our detatched garage, with its own access and everything you need for a getaway in the peaks.
