After being displaced from our home after damage from severe weather we were so fortunate to find this location. The house accommodated our family of 4 with pets for nearly a month without any issues. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well finished, bedrooms were comfortable and the location was very clean. The backyard is a beautiful and relatively private space hidden within a 15 minute walk to the downtown restaurants or the beach area. Anzhelika is an excellent host who was very responsive when needed, provided clear instructions and ample privacy. We would happily recommend this location to friends and family attending the area for events.

We had a fantastic stay at Rohit’s place over the long weekend! The house is packed with so many activities for both kids and adults that there was never a dull moment. Every corner of the house has been thoughtfully utilized with games, amenities, and entertainment — no matter where you are, there’s always something fun to do! We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we had more time to enjoy everything. The basement with the pool table, video games, and karaoke was a highlight — definitely plan your time well so you can experience it all! The home is clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, and Rohit was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating to any requests we had, always making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay with plenty to keep everyone entertained. Thanks again, Rohit!

We enjoyed our stay—the listing was as described: clean, comfortable, and with a nice backyard. We stayed for two nights and kept things quiet, yet received a notification from Airbnb about a noise complaint, which seemed tied to past neighbor concerns. The first night, we arrived late and went straight to bed, and the second night, we spent some time by the firepit and were inside by about 11 p.m. The host was responsive leading up to checkout, though I haven’t heard back post-stay to settle a small outstanding payment. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Definitely going to rebook this place. It’s absolutely beautiful. Waking up in the morning and it feels like you’re on a cruise. I loved it every bit. The basement has a huge tv it felt like a theatre . I absolutely recommend. My daughter loved it every bit.

I stayed with my family for a week. This is our second stay and we loved coming back. The house has everything we need and the kids love exploring the creek. It's a short drive to Sauble beach and so many great little towns and hiking trails. Bettie provides everything you need and is quick to message back if you have a question. A great spot to spend some time.

What a lovely place in the country. It is decorated like someone said “right out of a Pottery Barn” catalogue. Great layout to be cozy but also have enough space for a larger family. The home is well stocked for everything you need. TVs worked well and watching the hockey game while playing pool was a perfect evening for my husband and son. We will be back.

This was a great place in a great location. It was perfect for teenaged kids with the games room and arcade games. Fun times.

I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

We had a lovely stay at Stu and Heather’s place. It was clean, the property is beautiful and the kitchen was so well stocked. We were in town for a show at Casino Rama and it was great to be off the beaten path but still close after a late night. Stu greeted us when we checked in and gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. We look forward to coming back should an opportunity arise.

We loved the place! It was beautifully decorated and everything was really great quality. The resort is quiet and I felt very safe. They even left a surprise bag of popcorn which was a cute little delight we got to share. Sounds kind of dumb but places really aren’t putting in effort these days. We had some trouble and the host and cohosts were very quick to respond and fix. We enjoy Friday Harbour and would stay at their place again the next time we visit.

I have enjoyed my stay very much. Excellent location at the edge of the forest, quiet. I have been also working remotely, internet connection worked perfectly. Kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you Sarah & Jonathan!

Great location, restaurants and newly opened grocers all within a block's walking distance. Apartment was clean and had everything we required for our stay. Majid was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to access the unit and car park. Will stay again if visiting!

Olga’s place is absolutely amazing! From start to finish it was a breeze communicating with her! Her beautiful apartment was extremely spotless upon arrival - almost like brand new! Everything you could need. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are so soft! Her decorations are very tasteful! The balcony is super cute and clean! The view is great. I had a great nights sleep - no noise! She was very accommodating to any needs I had. The internet is also great for working from home with fast speeds! The pictures really do look EXACTLY as advertised which is refreshing! One of the best places I have stayed in through AIR BNB. I’d 100% recommend Olga’s place to anyone and I’ll definitely be back in the future! :)

We spent a wonderful two nights at Karen and Steven’s airbnb. We unexpectedly had the first snow of the year during our stay and it was like a magical winter wonderland. We felt so cozy inside with the fireplace watching the snow slowly falling outside. We went on an amazing hike on old baldy trail which was easily accessed right from the backyard of the property on foot. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and given the snow, we were thankful that we had great walkable options. We so hope to be able to come back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods and nature. We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! Liz and Craig were wonderful and accommodating hosts and always quick to respond. My 5 year old loved the trampoline, was obsessed with the Hot Tub, and we all loved visits from Honey. It was the perfect family getaway. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfy! We look forward to coming back!

Yurt was creative way to stay in the woods. We stayed in march, still snowfall but not too cold. Separate sauna is a treat. Read amenities so no surprises of what to expect. Overall, a lovely stay. Hosts are friendly and responsive and helpful. Knowing how to start wood fires is useful skill to get sauna and make use of fire pits, wood is provided by hosts. Would recommend to those who are looking for "glamping" type experience. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying in Emily's cabin, and certainly not the last! The place was quiet, private, and with a rustic charm that was perfect for a group of admittedly very nerdy adults looking for a place to spend a weekend playing medieval fantasy tabletop roleplaying games. The place was quaint, clean, well stocked with supplies, very spacious, and Emily was very responsive if we needed anything. Though, as repeat customers, we needed very little. Thanks Emily, and with any luck, we'll be back soon.

Cozy and rustic cabin. Derek was friendly, gave clear instructions and offered flexible check in/out times. The propane heat kept us warm throughout the night. We had a great time and enjoyed the entire ambiance. We will be back again.

“Hostess with the mostest” is an understatement for Sandra. When she says all you need to bring is your overnight bag and groceries, she means it! Her and Dejay are lovely people, offering an incredible getaway. The attention to detail and commitment to their guests is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend and return!

I found this place during the power outage, hoping to find somewhere warm to stay, I was pleasantly surprised as I have stayed in many Airbnb’s for pleasure/travel. This was the first time I have ever felt that every section of this place was so meticulous to the travelers stay! It’s dog friendly. I had my senior great day in there with my partner, and we will definitely be coming to visit again ! It’s the perfect little getaway from every day life for you and your partner. I absolutely adored staying here and the host is absolutely amazing. You can tell she really cares about that place and who stays there.

We had a great time at Meng's place at Severn Bridge. The area was very quite and peaceful and had all the amenities exactly as listed on the webpage listing. The boating at the river was the highlight and all of our family enjoyed it to the fullest. Right from checking in to checking out, everything was very smooth and without hiccups. We were helped to setup the camp fire and we got all the help required from George. A big thank you to him for being there for any kind of help needed and we are very grateful to him. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quite and peaceful retreat away from the city hustle bustle and the price is worth the experience we all had at this wonderful place.
