Lovingly renovated, this adults only escape has kept the period details whilst bringing the villa up to date. Just 3 minutes’ drive from Greytown Village, the apartment offers all you would imagine to find in a luxury hotel suite. A large lounge with wall to wall books to read in front of the fire in Winter or open both sets of French doors to the garden in Summer.

With a private entrance, the apartment is the front portion of the owners bungalow and has its own tranquil, landscaped garden, featuring outdoor dining and a relaxing hammock. This is a private, separate and fully provided for upstairs Bedroom (up some stairs) with a Super King Bed . Ensuite large shower. This special place is super close to everything 2 minutes' walk to town. But away from main street. Downstairs there is a separate lounge with a set up kitchenette, 43-inch wall smart, Wi-Fi (super fast), Netflix. TV, sound system, table and chairs and everything needed.
