Set in the peaceful garden of the main house this charming detached cottage offers privacy in a picturesque Cotswold village. The 16th-century Wild Duck Pub is a 5 minute walk and the Thames path just 2 minutes away. Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswold is 5 minutes by car with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

The Old Groom's House is a detached, two-bedroom cottage in the grounds of our historic home, The Old Rectory. A contactless stay is available. Its charming setting is instantly relaxing, with a private terrace overlooking mature gardens, dairy pasture and the tranquil River Avon. Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

The hut is very private with its own track and parking.
