La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this place really is. Right in the midst of nature, you are always surrounded by peace, quiet and the sounds of nature. Both Luigino and Giuilo are exceptional hosts. They met us near the property to guide us in and showed around the place with great details. They were extremely helpful and warm welcoming to us. Gave us all kinds of recommendations which proved extremely helpful. Had we known that we were staying at such an amazing place of such lovely people, we would have stayed for much longer. We had the best experience so far of all our trips with AirBnb and would love to return again and again to this great place! Thank you very much for the warmth and welcome that Luigino and Giuilo showed us.

The apartment is bigger than it shows in the listing; there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is located in close proximity to most of old Rome and is a very good central spot when visiting. We comfortably walked just about everywhere we went but when we needed transportation there was a cab stand and bus stop two short blocks away. Do note that the location is active at all times and the restaurants/bars stay open late. It can get loud at night and the sounds of the street are easily heard in the apartment, especially the front bedroom.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement très bien situé entre le monti et le centre historique (5 min à pied du Colisée et 10 min de la fontaine de Trevi). Il est très bien équipé Francesca est très attentive et réactice pour notre confort. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Merci à vous Francesca et à bientôt

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Danilo ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Unsere Teenager waren sehr glücklich, jeweils ein Zimmer für sich alleine zu haben. Und das Highlight sind natürlich die Schildkröten und der tolle Garten. Die Villa ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, besonders die Galerie ist außergewöhnlich.

Bellissima e curatissima villa incuneata in un angolo di verde meraviglioso ad Anguillara Sabazia vicino al lago di Bracciano. La prima cosa veramente degna di nota è che l’ alloggio ci si è presentato davanti perfettamente come indicato nelle foto quasi che avevamo l’impressione di esserci già stati. La casa più che confortevole ed accogliente sotto tutti gli aspetti, dalla cucina alla zona notte concludendo coi servizi. Arredata con gusto, con la presenza di oggettistica nazionale ed internazionale anche di tipo musicale che infonde un gradevole sentore di vita vissuta ed apprezzata. Io e i miei familiari ci siamo trovati benissimo e questo è stato un elemento che ha contribuito parecchio alla indimenticabile riuscita del ns weekend pasquale!!! Dovessimo ricapitare da queste parti lo prenderemo senz’altro in considerazione.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjours à Rome grâce à Emanuele et Ana qui sont restés très bienveillants et disponibles pour nous. La maison etait magnifique et agréable à vivre. Nous relevons surtout leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les meilleurs hôtes d'Airbnb !!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Questo alloggio è in una posizione che mette subito a proprio agio. Abbiamo passato tanto tempo in giardino, godendoci la tranquillità. Avevamo tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e abbiamo vissuto il viaggio in modo sereno e senza pensieri. Grazie di cuore.
