Wonderful house and location. Very convenient to attend a concert at The Caverns. Morgan is an excellent host. We’ll definitely be back.

I loved Little Green Cottage and Ansley was super helpful in getting us in and acclimated. The house couldn’t have been more comfy and accommodating. It was literally everything we were looking for. I can’t wait to go back.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and looked exactly like the pictures. Kris, the host, was so kind and thoughtful — she even left a bottle of wine in the fridge and some delicious cookies for our girls weekend. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect spot to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to come back!

Valerie was a responsive, helpful host! The tiny home lives up to its name but still provided the space we needed. Nice view of the lake too!

Great place to stay for a weekend of Hiking and other outdoor activities!

This space provided a wonderful getaway for a girls weekend with close friends. The beds are comfortable, the creature comforts (blankets and sheets) are well appointed, and the screened in deck in the back of the house is full of zen! Thank you for creating a space to unplug and recharge. My girlfriends and I loved our time together in your not so tiny, tiny home :-)

Enjoyed the weekend getaway and the cabin was very peaceful, the dock next to the lake was very nice and enjoyed the views. Hope to return again real soon. Thank you for a great weekend in the mountain!

What a peaceful beautiful place to stay on the Tennessee River. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. Clean and roomy and had everything we needed . Would highly recommend

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

With an expansive view of Tim’s Ford Lake from a bluff on a private and peaceful peninsula, we had a lovely stay in this well appointed and affordable place. The lake is accessible from stairs down to a peaceful dock from which kayaks can be launched. It also gives easy access to tailwater below the dam where we caught a goodly number of rainbow and brown trout. Being able to watch movies in the evening after grilling out on the enormous projection unit with surround sound was quite a bonus. The view from the master overlooking the lake, and the wind down opportunity in the hot tub with the same gorgeous view were really fantastic features as well. We had a lovely time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

We really enjoyed this cozy apartment with a flare. The accent brick walls were kept of the original facade and it looks great! Comfortable bed and pillows! Next to everything we need. Just a note: three flights of stairs so not for the physically challenged. We would stay again!

Great place for a peaceful weekend getaway

Teresa and Dan's Sewanee Cottage surpassed all our expectations! It was not only spotlessly clean and completely outfitted for our stay; every detail was provided for. The setting is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the deer and other wildlife from full length windows and the screened porch. The whole experience was delightful. Thank you, Teresa and Dan.

Visiting our son at nearby Sewanee, we felt as though we had a "home away from home." The surrounding woods were especially beautiful in early fall.

Melanie was wonderful! She was very easy to reach and had a very quick response time. She provided clear check in and check out instructions. The cabin was nice and in a quiet location, which was relaxing and peaceful.

Beautiful and peaceful stay on a private lake, the paddle boat was an awesome addition. House was well stocked with everything you'd need, decent internet connection given the location. Would highly recommend!

Celebrated my husbands 40th birthday at this AirBnb and it was absolutely perfect! Jennifer was responsive to any question we had and the home was beautiful and super clean! We couldn't have asked for a better place!

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️
