This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Enjoy a family vacation, reunion or weekend getaway at this spacious and quiet place! Greenfield Manor is located at the end of a dead end street just outside of town. Can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults but there is plenty of space to set up air mattresses etc. in the basement. There is lots of outdoor yard space, back porch, and a peaceful patio area with a fire ring. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
