Setup with everything you may need, including bedding and towels. With a double bedroom, bathroom and sofa bed this is perfect for a romantic hide away bolt hole or a place for family adventure. Fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, slow cooker, microwave, cosy log-burner and a stocked wood store. Dining inside or out on the decking; tables and chairs are provided and a private bbq and firepit on the seated patio area for those late summer nights stargazing with a nice glass of wine.

Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen and relax by the fire.

This romantic tree cabin is located on the edge of a tranquil woodland at the bottom of a beautiful privately owned 5 acre garden, overlooking a hypnotic river waterfall. This majestic retreat is where you can unwind, relax and recharge, with full access to the BBQ area and on site sauna. If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Gothic Victorian Gate House & Hot Tub Welshpool

This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs.

There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

Located amongst the picturesque Mid Wales countryside, just northwest of Welshpool, Stabal y Nant Cottage offers a charming and luxurious holiday retreat for up to 4 people, with a cosy living room and kitchen area downstairs, and double bedroom and twin beds upstairs. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on our outdoor BBQ decking area, by the pond and stream below or on a nearby walk.
