We have a private off street parking spot, a pool, and beautifully landscaped outdoor space. Our WiFi is fiber, backed up by Starlink, and power is backed up with solar panels and batteries.

The casita is a two story A frame with a master bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and glass enclosed living area located on the first floor. There is AC located in the living area, master bedroom and loft bedroom. New reserve water tank has recently been installed to accomodate guests when water outages are scheduled. Please note that we still recommend concerving water. We offer weekly cleaning services for stays of 6 days or more.

Boheme Boutique Apartments #4 (One-Bedroom Suite)

Grand reopening November 2025 after an extensive remodel. Boheme consists of 6 boutique apartments (2 buildings)and is located in the heart of Playa Guiones- the beautiful, surf and yoga haven in Costa Rica. This fully air-conditioned unit consists of a sizable living room with a large sofa, a very comfortable bedroom with a king bed, kitchenette, and a large shower. It is approximately 600 sq/ft in size.
