Our Beach house is located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and only a 2 minute walk from the Beach! You can sit on the front porch or relax in the back yard under the Oak Tree that is hundreds of years old and feel the ocean breeze. This stunning two bedroom, two full bath home was upgraded and features stainless steel appliances and granite throughout. The home is a split layout with 2 living rooms offering a lot of privacy. Centrally located in Gulfport its perfect for your next get-a-way.

The Den (Pool Table & Outdoor Bar) *Walk to Beach*

The Den is a 15 minute walk to the beach! This home features an outdoor bar (alcohol not included) & a pool table that transforms to ping pong & air hockey! Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a couch to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Centrally located cozy and private 1-bedroom studio suite with full bathroom, kitchenette (only microwave, dishes,coffeemaker), separate living room and bedroom with private outdoor seating area under beautiful live oak trees. Walking distance to the beach, Jones Park and downtown Gulfport with lots of restaurants and events. Pets allowed with fee, fully fenced yard with extra lot for space to run. Fire pit . Cleaning fee included in price. Quiet and safe, suite connected to main house.

You will have FULL SELF cook breakfast in your 1st story townhouse, 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, dining/family room & livingroom with frenchdoors to the screenporch, satellite TV, grill & fenced yard. House has a park on 2 sides with walking trail, play equipment, tennis & basketball courts. Walking distance to fine & casual dining, aquarium & 5 min. bike ride to downtown. The railroad is behind the park.

This private guest quarters is attached to the main house with the simplicity of your own bedroom, bathroom, living room and work space as well as a patio with a fence-backyard. Park right at your private entrance located on the street that leads you to the beach. Centrally located 2 miles from the hospitality center of downtown Gulfport which includes many places of entertainment such as the new aquarium, Jones park and Island View Casino. Beautiful and private residential street.
